How to increase height

Hi guys! I am Laxman Sah from siraha nepal. Today I have come to take the tips of increase height. If u r looking to best tips of increase Height. So don't worry! U have come in right place. Today I am about to give u many tips to increase height whereby u can easily increase your height. So guys! first u must to know before increase height that the age of increase height. Generally we have listen, the age of increase height till 18 for boys and 16 for girls and it has proved by medical science too. So guys! U r over than this age then u can be so difficult to increase your height. If u r under than this age then u can easily increase your height with the help of my tips. Do u know? what's the reason to stop our height increase in child age! There are two reason to stop our height increase in child age first heredity and second nutrition. You will have known very well about heredity. Example, your father is smaller in height so u can be also smaller in height but it doesn't mean that u can't increase your height. U can increase your height easily but for this u have to follow my tips which I am about to give. So guys! I don't want to spend your more time now I come on direct tips.

1) proper sleep: If u want to increase your height so u have to sleep 8-10 hours a day because when we sleep then HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE (HGH) produce in our body. If u have to increase your height naturally so u must to sleep 8-10 hours a day. Its very necessary to increase our height.

2) Eat protein food: You have to eat daily protein food to increase your height as chicken, egg, butter, fish, milk, chappati and green vegetables etc.
Chappati and milk are good food to increase our height so, u should eat chappati and drink a glass of milk daily.

3) Regular exercise:  It's a natural way to increase height so, u must to do regular exercise to increase your height. Which exercises are better to increase our height see below for this.

A) Running: Try to run 15-20 minutes a day. Its helps to increase our height.

B) cycling: you can do cycling too to increase your height. U should ride cycle 20-30 minutes a day whereby u can get best result quickly.

C) swimming: Swimming very helps to increase our height, science says too that, our height increase quickly with the help of swimming. So, you should do 30 minutes swimming 2-3 times in a weak.

D) Basketball and football: if u have to increase your height so u should start to play basketball and football. Our height increase quickly with play basketball and football. It's a scientific proof way to increase our height naturally.

E) skipping: the best way to increase height for girls is skipping whereby You don't necessary to running and playing basketball. So girls! U should try to skipping 15- 20 minutes a day.

F) body stretching exercise: you should try to body stretching exercise regularly whereby your height can be increase quickly. U should try these types of exercises super stretch, bridge, touch toes, cobra stretch 4-5 minutes regular.

G) hanging exercise:  it's a best way to increase our height do hanging exercise 1-2 minutes regular.
